There were 20 present, and we saw and heard one more species (total of 43) than last year when we birded here. New for this location was Wild Turkey, and we had exceptional views of Field Sparrows, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher (even one on a nest!), and 4 woodpeckers: Hairy, Downy, Pileated and Red-bellied.
